Summary: Place was convenient to stop by for the night customer service was good. Elevator has a weight limit and one was only working, ac is controlled by the wall but room was not cool enough had to lower it all the way to 65 to get the air flowing it was slowly cooled by the time we fell asleep. And not sure what the hearing was for om the app for the room if the nooise levels were ridiculously high I could hear next door conversation and opening and closing doors running around Beds where a little harsh and not very comfortable due to springs in the mattresses maybe the should be updated changed to firmer more comfortable ones. Both beds had their pillows but the minute we set our heads on them all were flat.

Summary: Great location for a night before day-surgery. The bed was comfy but the elevated frame is longer than the mattress & my husband & I are both going home with knee bruises. Other than that, a wonderful stay!

Summary: The water in the shower had a weird smell along with the shampoo/conditioner provided by them. I forgot my own so I used them. Bed was comfortable and clean. Bed spread was so cozy! Slept good. Front desk worker didn’t seem to want to be there.
